Jackie is an accomplished product leader with 18 years of experience delivering EdTech and SaaS solutions that power mission driven organizations. Jackie leads with intellectual curiosity and empathy to guide high performing teams in building end user centric solutions. Currently VP of Product Management at Achievement Network, whose mission is to expand educational equality, Jackie previously held product leader roles at SchoolPass, Test Innovators, and Blackbaud. Jackie lives in New London, NH with her husband, son and cat, Stella. Beating Super Mario Bros., back when you couldn't save video game progress, remains a highlight of her childhood.
Sophia, EIT, is an Electrical Engineer III at Syska Hennessy Group in Boston, where she plays a pivotal role in designing and building datacenters for some of the world’s leading technology companies. In just five years in the industry, she has risen to become the lead electrical engineer in her office, showcasing her dedication, technical expertise, and leadership skills. Sophia is also deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of engineers, helping them navigate their careers and empowering them to realize their full potential. Her journey reflects the evolving role of women in technology, highlighting the importance of mentorship and leadership in shaping the future of the industry.”
Kindyl began her academic journey at the University of New Hampshire, where she earned a degree in
Information Systems and Business Analytics. During her time there, she discovered a passion for statistical analyses , which ultimately drove her to pursue a technical master's degree. Her admiration for several professors at UNH played a key role in her decision to continue her studies there, where she completed a Master of Science in Business Analytics.
Throughout her undergraduate years, she achieved the highest honors on the Dean’s List each semester. One of the highlights of her experience was studying abroad in the Netherlands in the wake of the pandemic, which broadened her understanding of other cultures. Outside of academics, she enjoys skiing, playing tennis, and unwinding with video games or reading.
